Pros

Large company with opportunities for advancement and relatively low-cost health insurance. Diverse employees from different cultures. Stable with diverse portfolio of industries which help with flucuations in the market.

Cons

Large company and clear vision not usually apparent. Can get lost in it's enormity. Not the best paying large company in Mpls/St. Paul and surrounding area. Poor middle managers.

Pros

The compensation was great and there were tons of opportunities globally with this company. I received a raise within six months of working there.

Cons

The hours were extensive. I went three weeks without an off day. And this was not during a special time or anything. We were just understaffed. Many of the managers did not seem to have a personal life.

Pros

Decent pay (Not great, decent.) ... That's about it

Cons

No time off (Worked months on end with no days off) Rude management who don't know how to treat their employees like human beings.
