Pros

Excellent benefits probably the best around the area. Consistent work. You can progress in your career here. Friendly people

Cons

Management. They lack the no how to do the actual job. Instead they like to go by what a paper says to do. Also they like to just give people Management roles even though they should of been fired along time ago.

Pros

Good mission/purpose. Good community enrichment and is a good corporate citizen - despite what the whacko’s at the Sierra Club think. It’s a company run with integrity.

Cons

Culture is toxic and getting worse with time. Cost cutting has been harsh and still more needs done. Too many sacred cows and decisions made politically rather than rationally. Being nice and wearing rainbow lanyards is not a replacement for solid decision-making and quality leadership.
