Pros

Large international corporation, hybrid work

Cons

Frequent reductions in force at all levels resulting in one person doing the job of many. Due to the wide spread and diversity of the locations globally there is little continuity of processes and practices. Despite global workforce and diversity initiatives, racism and abusive behavior are common even among HR employees. System changes result in payroll and benefit errors frequently. Very different treatment for employees in the top tiers and all other employees.
