Lots of challenging opportunities and projects Friendly coworkers Never have to worry about spare time due to 50-60 hour work weeks

Cons

Senior Management in Mpls office is terrible No respect for employees not located in Mpls--and that is who is making them money--hello!! Have terminated numerous employees who had 30+ years of experience Their pay is low to medium in comparison to other companies in the same industries
