Great coworkers, terrible conditions

Pros

The workers and top leadership are fantastic. Very understanding and fun atmosphere.

Cons

Awful work conditions. Extremely old infrastructure and equipment. Extremely dusty and half the time things are just bandaid fixes that are questionable at best. The training is also very broken with little understanding of computer software and intricacies.
