Pros

A small family owned business with the feel of a much larger company. Good people makes company a fun and energetic place to work

Cons

The hourly pay and benefits leave a lot to be desired. They are competitive in the technical fields and have a close door policy on pay scales.

Pros

Care of personal growth and development, and assistance for related achievements. They took personal interest in goals and growth opportunity of their associates. The environment is pretty laid back and casual. And one thing I always appreciated were the monthly meetings where they showed appreciation to dedicated employees and took time to introduce new employees, and boast about those who were performing in outstanding ways.

Cons

No air conditioning and hardly any heat, and being in MO that means hot summers and cold winters. High turn over, low pay and lots of mandatory overtime.
