Great atmosphere and customers for the most part. Was not too hard of a job.

Awful management and upper management didn't want to fix it saying it was all the associates fault.

Cons

Promotions to most liked and their relations. Sr management talks down...excuse me, or doesn't acknowledge staff at all, as they pass you by...footsteps on your back.
