      Flexible work days & daytime hours Relaxed environment Fulfilling role Some level of independence

      Somewhat underpaid for the work at hand. There are times you are in dirty or smelly places and other times where you are in extreme temperatures. However, this is not the case, by any means, for every project that you are on.
