Pros

Worked for this organization for 3 years. It was an experience I still cherish Core Retail domain knowledge, inter-personal skills, modern communication techniques, real-time experiences is what I acquired all through. It helped me to raise my career graph and climb up the ladder. Got ample opportunities as well Exposure of avenues like Payment Gateways integration, BOTs interfaces development etc. helped me widen my horizon as a test lead

Had to leave the company as I had to relocate. Else I would have definitely continued

Pros

The projects are such that you get to do niche kind of work. It is allowing to stay updated with the Oracle DBMS and the latest practices in it. Self-learning while working has enabled me in gaining better insights into database systems. Resource availability is optimum and we are able to carry out the endeavors in a smooth manner. Being associated with tasks like backend programming, running testing procedures etc. is fun and interesting.
