All Cons !! Now to start with it,what is the least you expect when you get into an organization ? Well for me here are those: - First and foremost is the trust that is bi-directional always.Trust me you cannot beleive this frauds on anything.Not enough space or time to share the real incident.Just warning. - Then followed by that is the promise that these sort of companies make to your down the line for over a period of an year or two.Well they promised us to get selected or absorbed into the current organization but never happened and even no such talks were even initiated. - Last but "NEVER THE LEAST" is salary.They promise you an amount and followed by that increment over a course of time which is clearly what an IT firm should follow and must do.But forget any sort of appraisal from their end and all they care about is their commision and what you'll get paid at the end is some rake-off! Thats it for you guys to decide now !
