Pros

- Good health insurance for employee - Cultural horizons (Fellow co-workers share traditional food and you will learn a lot of Asian culture)

Cons

- Tries to motivate employees by threatening them. - The CEO monitors you by computer and by surveillance camera all the time. - Pay is on the lower end of the spectrum. - Being that it's a Taiwan based company, many informal and formal meetings shift from English to Mandarin/Cantonese. If you do not know the language, you will be left out. - Obvious nepotism

Low pay, workers are not experienced enough, little to no communication, CEO does not encourage learning and threatens employees too much.
