Lower levels employees work hard and friendly

Cons

Upper management has no experience and no professional knowledges. Some got high paid and do nothing.

Pros

- Good health insurance for employee - Cultural horizons (Fellow co-workers share traditional food and you will learn a lot of Asian culture)

Cons

- Tries to motivate employees by threatening them. - The CEO monitors you by computer and by surveillance camera all the time. - Pay is on the lower end of the spectrum. - Being that it's a Taiwan based company, many informal and formal meetings shift from English to Mandarin/Cantonese. If you do not know the language, you will be left out. - Obvious nepotism

Pros

nice people, some departments better than others if you dont work in office it is better, not as much work and no one always watching you

Cons

bad corporate culture, work you hard and dont care about you, encourage by fear and criticism never feel relaxed in office no one support ceo except overpaid little brother and childhood friend
