Independent work. You get to do all parts of a software life cycle. Design, code and test. lot of control on what and how you do
Cons
- Old technology and no standards. - No flexible hours but a regular 9-5 - Career opportunities are highly limited and barely any option for growth. - salaries are not competent. - future is bleak as there is no one competent enough to replace the current ceo - some people in the companies are racist.
