Regular eight working hours. Office provide free soft drinks. Building has a gym, very close to office.

Cons

Career opportunities is very limited. There is not too much space or opportunity for promotion. Technology is old, not good for career development.

Feels isolated sometimes. Would like more opportunities to collaborate with other programmers. Would like to know more about the industry I am coding for.
