Pros

Independent work. You get to do all parts of a software life cycle. Design, code and test. lot of control on what and how you do

Cons

- Old technology and no standards. - No flexible hours but a regular 9-5 - Career opportunities are highly limited and barely any option for growth. - salaries are not competent. - future is bleak as there is no one competent enough to replace the current ceo - some people in the companies are racist.

Flat organizational structure that branches out from the founder and president and a small, very active, managing board. Global in vision, tenacious in competition and very human / humble. Top notch products and excellent tech support

Cons

Top down and cross-department communication can sometimes be poor. Easy to lose sight of organization's big picture.
