Never ending overtime Poor scheduling decisions Lack of training, 90% of the learning will be trial by fire and when you come across a system you don’t have knowledge on and relay that to the office the response is “you’ll figure it out” They say safety and quality are top priorities but their actions say otherwise. Too many people stuck in the mind set of “this is how we’ve always done it,” just because that’s the way it’s been done doesn’t mean it right or efficient. On-call makes no sense in this industry
