Cons

As a DFI working for Carlton Senior Living for a long period of time, I can say that the management is truly disconnected from the staff. We are underpaid, not respected, and management decisions are highly misaligned with the workers, leading to high turnover.

Having to know the residents were taken care of under your watch

Cons

Executive Director doesn't give raises much. PC's need better pay. Salary for a caregiver is too low to make a living, and they have the hardest job in the field.
