      Pros

      Nice office downtown, close to the waterfront and good restaurants. Office provides snacks

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking, culture is stuck in 1980. Mainly open floor plan, which is normally okay except here they make a habit of checking up on you behind you when you don't notice. Pay was very low especially for living in the area.
