the people care about each other, you are treated like an adult and allowed to work without feeling micromanaged

Cons

pay does not always align with competition, but there are some "intangible" benefits that even it up in my opinion. cant think of many cons

The people we work with are some of the best. The job can get to be a very high volume of work but we handle it as a team. If you like working on a team and being supported by the company you work for, definitely check out Carolina Handling.

Cons

The software we are using is outdated and can be frustrating, new software is apparently on the way
