At Carolina Handling, I've had the privilege to work with the most personable and encouraging upper-management team of my career. No matter the department or team member, I've always been greeted with a smile and a helping hand. My co-workers are team-oriented and always willing to go the extra mile for someone else. Also, I have truly appreciated the amount of effort Carolina Handling has put forth to include family members in company events. Carolina Handling is one of the few remaining companies that understands the importance of family and the need to have a tight-knit relationship with team members.

Carolina Handling is the best place to work. The Hr staff is top notch they are the best, I have worked at a lot of different places but you will not come across a culture like this one. There are few companies where the President of the company knows every one on a first name bases. The pay is awesome, no micro management here at all. Carolina Handling should be on one of those best places to work listings..(MOVE OVER GOOGLE!!!)

Cons

Carolina Handling makes sure that they hire the best people for the Job no matter the position, so the hiring process is not as simple as some places. In my opinion that is not really a con but you have to be sure that you want the position and give it your all at interview time. And be patient.

Carolina Handling has a very positive team environment and really stands behind their employees. I have been thoroughly impress with the way in which they on board new associates and get them involved in the business early. The HR recruiting team was great to work with and really focused on identifying the right fit for the associate and the company.

Cons

I have seen no cons. Great company!
