      Carolina Handling has been instrumental in my personal and professional development. They take the time to invest in their associates with technical and business development training programs. Carolina Handling also frequently promotes from within leading to an environment where you have a desire to succeed.

      Cons

      The footprint of the company makes it difficult to know all of the great associates here.

      Pros

      Incredible people that are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in your success. Tons of opportunity to take ownership, wear multiple hats, and drive real change. Leadership is accessible and open to new ideas. Solid company culture with a family feel and strong values. You gain exposure to different departments, which is great for developing a well-rounded skill set.

      Cons

      Some antiquated processes and systems that can slow things down. Still maturing when it comes to being data-driven—lots of room for growth on that front.
