Pros

I Love Carolina Handling. I have been here over 12 years and the people are fantastic. The leadership team asks for our feedback several times a year in surveys and acts on the responses. Changed pay, changed time off, etc. They really want to make this a great place to work.

Cons

Our internal systems are outdated. Apparently they will be getting upgraded in the next 12-24 months which is certainly needed.
