Pros
When people think of fun and exciting companies to work for, material handling is probably not at the top of the list. I've worked all the "fun" jobs - cruise ships, rock tours, ad agencies, luxury goods sales. If you judge this company solely by the industry, you're going to miss out. First of all, material handling is pretty awesome and it's never going away. Secondly, I would challenge you to find a company that values their associates like this one does. The amount of contests, giveaways, prizes, bonuses, rewards, gifts, is just crazy. A regular company doesn't do in ten years what this company does in a year for their employees. Huge focus on personal growth, promoting from within, and my personal favorite, crushing competition. Don't come here if you don't want to win. I don't want to work with you.
