This is an excellent company to work for. The overall work atmosphere is very positive and the company focuses on taking care of all of their employees.

Cons

Pay is a little low, but the company has great benefits and makes up for it in other ways.

Carolina Handling is a fabulous organization. They pride themselves on their superior customer service. In order to obtain that top level of customer satisfaction, they first take care of their own. People are welcoming, helpful, and just a joy to be around. Talent level within this group is next to none. The products and services they offer aren't too shabby themselves! Expect you to work hard and to be creative but one can be rewarded accordingly for such efforts. Company is growing bringing career advancement opportunity for its internal employees along with it.
