Pros

This is the first place I have worked where they say they care about the employee and then go out of their way to prove that. Actions speak louder than words. The wide array of company and family events and the employee giving fund, which is only used to help employees who have experienced circumstances that leave them needing help, are great examples of actions to accompany the words. This has been a new experience for me, and I have thoroughly enjoyed it thus far.

Cons

I wouldn't say it is unique to Carolina Handling, but the workload can be a bit high as the headcount additions are closely guarded.
