The only good thing about this job was leaving it. They paint a picture of this amazing culture but it is a popularity contest. Full of frat boys constantly trying to one up each other. The training is a joke, They send you all over the company to meet other employees but give you little to no actual job training. A complaint will get you fired keep your head down worship the ground management and account managers walk on and you will stay employed.

While you state that you did not receive good training or actual job training - we would like to share that all associates no matter their position, experience, or background receives industry leading training. All Associates receive a 90-day training plan that outlines goals, knowledge, and skills that you will receive. Our Learning & Development team has done a tremendous job creating and implementing these training plans so that we are able to offer robust training that includes on-the-job training, virtual training, product training, and the ability to network within all levels of the organization. We believe an employee's development is crucial for both personal and professional growth. Based on your review, we would like for you to elaborate more on your experience. Cons

The management kind of sucks, which sours what would be a pleasant workplace culture. Obnoxious interview process. Parts of the IT infrastructure are outdated.
