      Great people, family like feel, performance perks, recognize loyalty and commitment

      Cons

      Seasonal work, so not steady income for sure. Definitely a job to have on the side!

      Pros

      Very team motivated and willing to do what needs to happen to get an end result. They also do a lot for their staff. We were fed, clothed, and not over worked. This environment was motivating to do our best work.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth as turnover isn't very high (at least the department I was in). Obvious con is the part-time work is seasonal.
