      Pros

      Treated professionally, consistently. Good hierarchy structure. Supervisors helpful. Fun environment. Able to work soccer games, concerts, fan festivals as well as pro and college football games.

      Cons

      Guest services is not a position that is readily used to move up in the organization You are a game day employee, no benefits others than 20% off team store.

      Pros

      I enjoy the people I work with and the fans that come through. Each one is positive that their team is going to win but I politely tell the opposing fans that the Panthers are going to win and we all have a laugh. I try to make sure its a great game day experience for all.

      Cons

      I don't particularly care for all the cold weather but that comes with the territory. I wish it was everyday instead of one day(per game week) . having to tell smokers that they can't smoke anywhere in the facility and they go to the restrooms and family bathrooms to smoke. And I feel we should be able to interact with the players because we're out there promoting them and all. Not everybody wants to "fraternize" with them. But I have been with this company for 6 seasons and I love it.
