Good pay for the work but not for the strain on the body.

Cons

No lift assists, nothing related to ergonomics to prevent repetitive injuries. Not a place to work if you have any ongoing issues from working on a concrete floor for years. No culture of safety.

There are not many pros, good money compared to McDonalds, but bad money compared to work input.

Cons

Management, employee moral, company policies (vacation: no COVID PAY; will unexpectedly suspend you) Negative work environment, management is very hard to work with, unexpected added hours; false promises of promotions, no extra pay for training to prepare for promotion.
