      Pros

      Management, teamwork, and communication is good. Faulty at times, but what work place isn''t.

      Cons

      Hourly pay is on the low side, especially for the amount of work stacked onto of the employee. No room for growth. Don't work here unless you want to stay in the same position doing the same thing for a long time.

      Great place to work and grow in your career. The people are friendly. Higher leadership truly wants you to succeed.

      Cons

      Depends on your job. Cons are the same no matter which organization you are with. I haven’t experienced anything negative during my time here. I drive very far to work here but the leadership and other members of the team make it well worth it.
