Pros
I have worked with several companies in NC over the past 30 years. Two in the Raleigh area and two in a smaller NC community like New Bern before moving to New Bern 16 years ago. I believe CarolinaEast is the best work environment I have ever been blessed to work in! They have people committed to high standards and ethics and promote a culture that is pleasant to come to every day. They strive to do the right thing all the time and be the difference in those that come here for care and to work. They offer an excellent benefits package too and one that is not always offered in smaller communities. Compared to the plan I had with my previous company, my current benefits here at CEHS saved my family around $400 a month! The value of that alone makes working here a huge plus! I am grateful and proud to be apart of CarolinaEast.
