Department is good. Easy job once you learn the systems.

Cons

Leadership outside of department doesn’t have aligned focus. Place is an absolute mess. Directors and up should be cut as most are useless. Departments of 1-2 employees and supervisors with no direct reports. HR is not there to help you and head of it has different priorities.

CEO will ruin that place shortly. To interested in hiring his buddies & paying them well, while not giving out bonuses like they used to. Upper management needs to be cut drasticly.
