The career development process limits how many score categories you can move up each year, you can be there for YEARS before getting promoted. You are also stuck at entry level until PE is obtained (which is a long process in CA). Pay is really low compared to competitors. A lot of turnover/bad retention.

I would recommend to friends to look elsewhere if Carollo isn’t their only choice. Expect long hours and small annual raises. Turnover is very high.
