A lot of work for little pay

- Unlimited PTO - Office snacks

Cons

- CTO is creepy towards women and nothing has been done about it - Salary is significantly less than industry average - Required to be in office but don't pay more to keep up with rent - Morale is low since so many people are leaving

-kept me hoping for advancement to keep me working at a very meh salary -coworkers seemed very stressed and overworked - work culture appears nice from the outside but seems fake

- Salary is a joke, especially compared to the cost living in Santa Barbara - They ask you to take on additional work under the guise of “project ownership, without any additional compensation
