Very poor area management.Especially in cold finish.. Leadership skills are not important . Micromanaging .

Pay. Vacation Employees are good and most supervisors treat you with respect. Good hours and time off

Poor area management in cold finish. Worst thing about the place. All other supervisors do however treat you decent.

The only good thing is money that’s it

Cons

Everything else besides the pay. Work-life balance is probably the worst out of any company. They don’t care for employees. COVID rules broken all the time by management. There’s new rules implemented every week but no one follows them cause they’re so stupid.
