Cheap healthcare. Overtime. Close to home. Would not relocate if I were you.

Cons

Too many to list. Fear mongers. Intimidation techniques through all levels of the organization. Drive for profit and not caring about employees.

I have forwarded your review to our Chief HR Officer; she is passionate about employee experience and is working hard to change the culture as well as developing pathways to greater career advancement. Pros

Other than making a lot of money because you live at work, there are no positives. Benefits are average for this area.

Cons

No work/life balance. You will live at work. Forced every weekend and now working all holidays but Christmas Eve/Christmas. This company does not care at all about the well being of their employees. All about the money.
