      Pros

      If you want to work, there is plenty of overtime to grab. Wages for the area are pretty decent. 401k match is nice.

      Cons

      Lots of politics at play! Forced overtime for months on end absolutely eats away at the work life balance. While some in management seem to genuinely want to help, folks higher up squash good ideas.

      Pros

      Great 401 k contribution match, tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Long hours, reductions in the hourly and salaried work force mean the employees who remain are overworked. Decisions and initiatives change daily. The job becomes your life, very little work life balance. It's a what have you done for me lately culture and a strong emphasis on driving daily metrics. Little room for error or mistakes long term employees not valued looked at as pariahs.

      Pros

      This company provided good pay and benefits. Their match for 401K was more than sufficient. The population generally worked hard and was given the opportunity for education utilizing tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Yearly bonuses decreased every year of my tenure with the company for the general population but upper managers bonuses were always generous.
