Really nice people to work with , great manager who give you independence, autonomy to do your job. Hard work is really rewarded well and appreciated. Good team oriented environment.

Cons

Some day to day job duties, like any job, can get repetitive. I can't find anything else to complain about!

Employees work extensive amount of overtime. Management should like at implementing a program that will relieve / eliminate overtime. Overtime / labor is a huge cost that affects Carpenter's bottom line.
