The lack or respect from every other department and upper management. The workload. Shortage of staff. New SAP system that doesn’t work. Disappointing every customer. Moral. Unrealistic expectations.

Time off during my employment there was almost non existent. This was due to band aid approaches being taken to solve any issues which could possibly interfere with shipping numbers. As a result, equipment was often working at a diminished capacity which increased the time spent performing and finishing work. Shareholders and Wall Street were definitely the drivers with respect to influencing day to day operations and decision making. Efficiency of operations and employee welfare are merely secondary considerations if considered at all.
