The only good thing is money that’s it

Cons

Everything else besides the pay. Work-life balance is probably the worst out of any company. They don’t care for employees. COVID rules broken all the time by management. There’s new rules implemented every week but no one follows them cause they’re so stupid.

Pay, 401k, and healthcare benefits. overwhelmed management leaves plenty of opportunities for growth if you can manage the stress.

Cons

Stressful environment, constant change, no clear direction from mid level management - Dollar/stock driven upper management shows little compassion for lower level employees. Workforce reduction, retirements and employees leaving at a staggering rate has left remaining employees juggling responsibilities of 2-3 people.
