Health cares not too bad.
Cons
Terrible management, money is not enough for what you do. They run you to the ground and you get no recognition for it. Vacation time is bad, no sick days. They don’t want to give any raises. We the workers have stuck through with them The whole time during Covid and they’ve made record profits lately and still will not Give us any raises or bonuses. They want us divided and only pay the old guys incentive from 2008 and no one else. Its a shame and every contract they try and take something else from you. It’s not What it used to be terrible company unfortunately.
