Steady paycheck with good benefits.

Cons

The company is wholly focused on the bottom line and making immediate profit. This makes it not well positioned to foster future innovation. The company has been resting on its laurels for too long and it doesn’t seem sure if it wants to be a technology company or a traditional primary metals manufacturer. There can be a tenuous relationship between upper level management and low level employees that hampers progress.

Upper management is terrible. Benefits are average at best. Upper management is fleecing the company. We were a once proud company.

It was a stable place to work.

Cons

Lack of supervision allowed some employees to sit and do nothing when other people carried the work load. This destroyed plant moral and product quality fell through the floor. Thanks for nothing inept Mgmt. team!
