      People that you work with make the job more bearable. Decent 401k plan Decent healthcare

      Cons

      Staffing issues due to inadequate wages. Workers are jumping ship left and right for higher paying jobs with other local companies. No personal or sick days even though you are expected to work 7 days a week.
