      Good ol boy system, the keep people that have no idea how to do their job and get rid of the ones that do. you must become best friends with upper leadership to keep job

      Pros

      Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic it was a pretty good place to work. Salary and bonus was competitive along with a good 401k. New facility and not like old steel mills in the Northeast. Good people in leadership positions at the local level.

      Cons

      Executive leadership are not very good at crisis management and have not handled the drop in business due to the pandemic very well. The executives seem to be hesitant to make a decisions and when it is made the communication of the decision is poor at best.
