Poor communication, inconsistent shifts, lack of work life balance. Hostile and toxic work environment, unclear directions, use of foul language the department is so corrupt. they will put you on a PIP just to get rid of you "Legally"

Cons

When employees quit, company is super low in finding replacements. Workload can be overwhelming when short staffed and when forced to work extra hours when people call off sick. Shifts are often understaffed . More manpower is needed.
