      Most of the people who work there are nice.

      Constant poor management choices and lack of accountability. No availability of career advancement.

      Money can be decent...even better if you know somebody. Very few lay offs for salary employees.

      Cons

      Micro management...promotions and raises given to undeserving staff and kept secret because they know that it's wrong.
