      Better Documentation Practices, modernized tracking and accountability per employee. Miscommunication between shifts Operator Failures to ensure maintenance and Cleaning of machines cause hazards Regular Mandatory overtime leaves employees overworked Training Needs Improvement: Trainers underpaid for training, only paid 250 bucks after months of training, should offer hourly pay bonus for trainers. Too much tribal knowledge not enough clear standards and training for quality.
