Recent focus on safety, but as a witch hunt for who to blame
Cons
Many leaders in the organization have huge egos and cannot lead, only shout and dictate. There needs to be a shake up from CEO to his team. It is a leadership "at all costs" including dignity and respect... all out the window. The C-suite and VP's (except a couple) don't know how to lead y'all. Its sad that leaders have done this to this company and I hope the board are listening to the employees. Help.
