Good experience in working with customers.

Cons

Not clear who has final say on decisions. Multiple managers give different directions and then get frustrated things don't happen to their satisfaction

Pros

The products: extremely fresh local produce at great prices; plants and flowers from onsite greenhouses. The customers are all happy to be there, which contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. The employees are, for the most part, efficient and friendly.

Cons

Anyone whose last name is Carpinito can tell you what to do, regardless of what your direct supervisor has told you.
