7yHello and thank you for your review. We have many employees who have been with us for years, as well as employees who think the "grass is greener" and leave only to return. Our practice is not to hire people for a busy season, and if we were to do that, we would hire them as part time or contract. We fill all full time positions based on interviews where we assess technical background to the best of our ability. We hire candidates in hopes of people growing their career here, however, that does not always work out. We wish you the best of luck!
